Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Star-X Body Waxing and Skin Retreat! To provide the best experience for all guests, please review the following policies: Services can be booked online with a minimum of 24 hours in advance. For same-day or last minute appointments, please contact me directly at (619) 606 5521 or email me at millestarx@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Card on File & Cancellation Fee: While a deposit is no longer required for booking, a card on file is necessary to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged if you attend your appointment, reschedule, or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the service price. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this time, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and canceled automatically, and a 50% fee will apply. This policy ensures I can accommodate all guests on schedule. Prices & Refunds: My service prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but I’m happy to address any concerns to ensure your satisfaction. Payments & Gratuity: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, Zelle, Apple Cash, and cash. Gratuities are optional but always appreciated. Privacy & Security: Your personal and payment information is kept secure. Your trust matters, and your data will never be shared.
