1. Appointments:

- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a fee.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Products:

- We offer a range of beauty products for sale in our studio.

- All products are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

- We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or damages caused by the use of our products.

3. Payments:

- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment or reservation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.

- Deposits can be made through our website using a valid credit or debit card.

- The remaining balance can be paid at the time of service or upon checkout for products.

- We accept cash, credit cards, Zelle, Apple Cash and debit cards for in-person payments.

Please note that failure to provide the required deposit may result in the cancellation of your appointment or reservation. We encourage you to make your deposit through our website to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.

- Payment is due at the time of service or product purchase.

- We reserve the right to charge a fee for any declined payments.

4. Liability:

- Star-X Body waxing and Skin retreat is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the use of our services or products.

- Clients are responsible for informing our staff of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the service or product.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a health or safety risk to our staff or other clients.

5. Intellectual Property:

- All content on our website and social media platforms are the property of Star-X Body waxing and Skin retreat and may not be used without our permission.

- Our logo and name are registered trademarks and may not be used without our permission.

6. Privacy:

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if a customer fails to fulfill their responsibilities.

- Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have written consent to receive our services or products.

- Some services or products may have additional age restrictions, and it is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about such restrictions before making an appointment or purchasing a product.

We reserve the right to refuse service or sale of products to individuals who do not meet our age requirements.

- For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we ask that you refrain from bringing children or friends to your appointment unless they are receiving services as well.

- Pets are not allowed in the salon, with the exception of service animals that are trained to assist people with disabilities.

- Friends or guests are not allowed in the treatment rooms or areas where services are being performed.

- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our restrictions or policies.
